2 Bed Flat near Mornington Crescent, one room available for 1 year while my current flatmate is working abroad.

Looking for someone chill with similar interests, I love cooking so either we can cook together or maybe i'll cook for you! I'm currently fostering a cat who i'm looking to adopt so hopefully you're a fan of cats (don't worry if not, he's very friendly)!

Been living here for since August and it's a great flat, the landlord/agent is great and very responsive to fixing/replacing things when needed (unlike some previous landlord i've had). Price stated is the current rent per person (excl. Bills which are around £70 each for gas/elec, WiFi & water).

The location is great, it's mins from Mornington Crescent tube, and <10 mins from Camden Town tube/Camden Road Overground. Being one road over from the high street there's loads of shops nearby yet, it's generally a quiet area, and we have nice neighbours.

I'm finishing my degree in Engineering and Architecture at ucl in the coming months and i'll be working from September in London. The room is currently available to sublet until the 24th of August (with half price rent), and then there will be a 12 month contract with the landlord. Any questions let me know :)
