The flat was renovated during lockdown and comes with new appliances and furnishings. The flat has been kept in really good condition since renovation. Both rooms are available from Thursday 15th August on a 1-year Joint Tenancy Agreement.
The flat is well situated and a 5 minute walk to Norwood Junction with direct trains to London Bridge, London Victoria and Croydon and links to Gatwick, Stansted and Luton Airports via the Thameslink Rail. Norwood Junction is also on the Overground. Local bus routes include links to Streatham and Waterloo. There is off-street parking available in front of the property, which can be secured with an annual parking permit.
There are lots of lovely green spaces nearby including South Norwood Country Park and Crystal Palace which are 30minutes walk away each. There are also some great local pubs, cafes and a yoga studio around the corner. Sainsbury’s and Aldi are a short walk from the flat.
