The house is located on Cotswold street in L7 just a stones throw away from all of ljmu and Uni of Liverpool buildings. The royal hospital is also walkable in around 15 minutes (Depending how long your legs are). Bus routes from the main road (Kensington road and Holt road) are two-minute walk from the house and take you straight to Liverpool One in 10 minutes. Edge Hill train station is a 10-minute walk and has good links between town and towards Liverpool South Parkway.
Local amenities
Jacks (Like Tesco) is only a 5-minute walk just on Marmaduke street, Lidl, Home Bargains, Iceland, and McDonalds are a 5-minute walk just off Kensington/Prescot road traffic lights. There is a newsagent on Holt road which takes about 1-minute walk from the house. Jd gym is the closest gym just off Edge Lane which is a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk.

To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 deposit application. This secures your room and will begin the process for move in. Depending on tenants individual circumstance we might need 2 of the following: Student Proof, Student loan proof, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenants circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need.
All students require a UK guarantor.
Move in
Move in for next academic year on 1st August 2024 - 11 month contract. Tenants must be students with a guarantor
