★ Please note, 100% payment is required for all bookings made within the 14 days of arrival date. 50% deposit is required for all bookings for 7 or more nights made more than 14 days of arrival date.
★ Please note, under no circumstances the property can be sublet to anyone. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted.
★ Please note, quite hours apply to the property from 22:00 to 07:00. Please refrain from excessive noise, if the rule is violated, you will be asked to leave without refund.
