★ Please note, 100% payment is required for all bookings made within the 14 days of arrival date. 50% deposit is required for all bookings for 7 or more nights made more than 14 days of arrival date.
★ Please note, under no circumstances the property can be sublet to anyone. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted.
