The apartment was built in 2010 and has been in 2017 fully refurbished. It is located on the 8th floor and has two bedrooms, three storage rooms, one bathroom and a large living room / kitchen. The best feature in my view is the view. You can see all across London from St Pauls to Canary Wharf. In the morning you have the sunrise over the city and in the evening the sun reflects in the skyscrapers giving it a special atmosphere. If you enjoy the city life, this apartment is for you. The floor is carpet in the bedrooms and living room and tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. There is loads of place to store your things as well. The location is great as the underground, trains and buses leave right outside of the apartment complex. The central location even allow you to walk many destinations (I used to walk to work in Victoria). There are three shops downstairs open 7/11 and a 24 hour gym in the building (I think it was 17 gbp per month). There is a car park below the building, but you have to pay for a spot if you need one. There is an elevator that goes directly from the car park to the 8th floor. In the evening you can sit directly at the Thames and enjoy a pint in one of the three bars. There is also a Pret and some other food places close by. The area is becoming very vibrant with lots of new bars and restaurants popping up. The neighbours are friendly and very helpful.
