The whole complex is built from natural materials such as wood and stone and is laid out with great taste and feeling for nature and fits smoothly into the landscape.

Exterior areas

Between the two houses, one will find the elegant pool. The buildings and pool are again surrounded by natural stone terraces and walls (all with light fixtures). This creates an enclosed estate with a beautiful cast iron double gate (with remote control) as an entrance to the driveway. In front of the olive grove, there is an authentic wood-burning oven, built of natural stone with a separate grilling area. Next to the villa, there is also large covered parking of 120 sqm for three cars (or boat), containing also storage space.

Located in a prime location; 10 minutes from the marina of Lefkas town, 30 minutes from the airport, and 5 minutes from the beach.

Kаtоuna is a small village and is considered one of the oldest on the island, located just above Ligia. The village with its small houses and old stone-paved paths is a beauty to the eye. It is situated only 2 km from the sea, and 7 km from the town of Lefkada.

Lefkada is known for its beautiful turquoise beaches; Porto Katsiki, Egremni, and Kathisma are frequently included among the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean.
