Pomos

The village of Pachyammos is famous for it's local church, St. Raphael and St. Irene, where hundreds of pilgrims from all over Cyprus go to pray and pay their respect to the saint and many others in hope of being healed. The whole area has stunning scenery and some of the most beautiful sunsets on the island. Bars, restaurants and various other facilities can be found nearby. Pomos is a traditional fishing village and benefits from local facilities which include several shops, beachside taverns and a bank.
