Le Mas is easy to access (the A51 motorway is 11km away), it can be reached from Aix en Provence in 53 minutes, from Marseille airport in 70 minutes). And also: We're an hour and a half from Avignon!
It is a charming and rejuvenating hotel, with 15 spacious rooms and suites (between 18 and 46 m2) and spaces dedicated to well-being, a real healing hotel that has its place in this region.
The farmhouse, built in several phases was restructured from top to bottom by the current owners between 2012 and 2015, renovations carried out by skilled workers in respect of the vernacular architecture and the concern for the health of the future residents.
It has an interesting development potential: Of the two hectares of land, 11,000 m2 are in a building zone, and the occupancy coefficient makes it possible to envisage extensions of the built areas, in particular the construction of a large reception room (the region is sought after for the organization of weddings), the development of spaces dedicated to care, housing for the team and various technical areas (for example to house the bikers' equipment, the area being famous for mountain biking ).
