Tolgus is a select delivery of 8 Shared Ownership units by Cornwall Council. As part of Cornwall Councils delivery of 35 homes on popular Development Gwel Basset built by developers, Treveth. We are delighted to be able to offer 8 shared ownership units for more families on behalf of the Council. The qualifying criteria is as follows;
The applicant must:
• Be in Housing Need – i.e. Living with family/renting and otherwise unable to afford a home on the open market.
• Have a maximum household income of £80,000
• Have a minimum 10% deposit (or 5% with relevant aip)
• Have a recent aip
• Have viewed and offered on the property

At the next roundabout take the third exit onto the A3047, continue over the mini roundabout, through the set of traffic lights and at the next roundabout take a U turn (3rd exit) to stay on the A3047. The entrance to Gwel Basset can be found after approximately 1⁄4 mile on the left hand side.
