Just walking out of the road there is easy access to a host of public footpaths and the village charm of West Wycombe.

The house is packed with added extras, having an ensuite in the master bedroom, downstairs washroom and solar panels on the south side of the roof; coupled with the generous outside space playing host to many family BBQs and birthday events.

The Close itself is a family friendly location where it is common place to see children learning to ride their bikes and scooters. A real community that looks out for each other and a perfect base in High Wycombe and South Buckinghamshire.

This road is hidden away and is very quiet. The garden here is a real feature, along with the 'cabin/home office' around to the side. The boundary is actually further back than the fence line dictates & there's even some potential to extend to the side. A really nice home on a private road.

To the west of High Wycombe. Sandsdown Close is immediately opposite access to National Trust land which take you out past West Wycombe itself. The area is also close to J4 of the M40 and access into High Wycombe is only a few miles down the West Wycombe Road.
