A Beautiful Family Home Having Undergone A Huge Amount Of Work On The Eastern Fringe Of Camberley.

When we found this house in 2021 we knew it was the one for us, with its great location and amount of space on offer it was perfect for our large family. It was a complete renovation project but we were willing to endure the work to make it our forever family home. We started by block paving the large front garden creating a driveway for at least 7 cars, we then converted one side of the double garage to make a downstairs room we are currently using as a bedroom but would make a great snug or large office. We also installed an electric door to the remaining garage and a new front door to match. Downstairs we layed underfloor heating throughout, a shower room and opened up the kitchen & dining room to make one large space adding the brand new kitchen with intergrated appliances & tiled floor. This has created a lovely family space and then we added a music room for the hubby just off the utility room. Upstairs the bright open landing is one of my favourite places of the house for its size and amount of light coming through the big window. All the bedrooms are also bright & airy, with a new bathroom offering free standing bath & walk in shower. We are excited to move ourselves but will be gutted to leave a beautiful home we spent alot of time and love creating a family home.

The town centre offers an array of local and chain shops and restaurants, while also offering excellent recreational amenities with a brand new recently opened leisure centre and excellent golf clubs via Camberley Heath, Pine Ridge and Windlesham to name but a few. There are outstanding areas for cyclists, runners, walkers and dog walkers alike with Barossa Common just a few minutes away from the property.
