Each individual lodge comes with private parking and a private gated hot tub garden with seating, storage for a pushbike, a decking area and an outdoor shower/dog wash/bike wash. There is a canopied front decking with integrated starry lights, fantastic for dining and enjoying the view.

As a lodge owner you would get a 50 year tenure upon purchasing the lodge, this gives you peace of mind but does not tie you in, you are free to sell the lodge should you wish in the future. This does carry an annual charge of £3500 to cover all grounds maintenance costs, an annual oiling of the cedar cladding, refuse collection, lighting, security, grass cutting and landscaping etc.

Gas, electric and water are metered per lodge and charged per unit at cost.

The resort has a 12 month unrestricted holiday license meaning you can holiday whenever you like, we are open every day and there is a staff presence year-round.
You receive 2 full golf memberships as well as 2 annual gym memberships which gives member spa access, 6 full spa day passes per year, 10% off treatments and retail and 10% off of drinks in the clubhouse venue.
