Lovely 2 Bed Starter Home With A Garden

What a wonderful first home this has been for us. We chose this house because of the driveway and expanded it to fit our two car to meet our car nerd needs, then we fell in love with the area. The neighbors are fantastically friendly and the whole street looks out for each other. We enclosed the garden to give us some private space and enjoy the peace and quiet around us and allowed us to plant a vegetable patch to grow our own food.
The house has a lovely large living room which has allowed us to have lots of friends and family around and fill this home with love and memories We are so sad to be moving on but we need a little more space for our growing car collection and family. We know whoever buys this house will enjoy every minute of living here.

These are the perfect little starter homes with so many benefits not to be taken for granted. Firstly, you've got a driveway that'll easily park two cars, plus you're at the end of the cul-de-sac so there's little passing traffic. A little unconventionally, you've got the garden to the front of the house, but it's nicely enclosed and is overlooked from the kitchen so it doesn't feel all that strange when you see it! There's a downstairs loo off of the porch, which then opens into a huge living/dining room, and the kitchen is off to the side and lovely and modern. Upstairs has a nice bathroom and two bedrooms with plenty of storage already built into the main bedroom. These houses are pretty rare and are super popular when they tick so many boxes, so get in touch quickly if you want the chance to have a look.

Pretty much bang in the middle of Crowthorne & Sandhurst villages, Horsham is close to local schools as well as amenities for your day to day essentials. There's plenty of woodland and nature reserves nearby to explore from Swinley Forest to Horseshoe Lake and tonnes of parks in between. The Meadows shopping centre is also close by with a 24hr Tesco, M&S and Next superstores. You're reasonably close to the neighbouring larger towns of Camberley, Farnborough & Bracknell, and access out to both M3 & M4 motorway networks is around 10 minutes away by car.
