Tyne Princess was originally a ferry licensed to carry 340 people. She has been converted to a houseboat, and has immense character as well as plenty of living space. With lots of original features. The current owners have spent the last four years refurbishing her to create a more functional and comfortable home, and are only selling due to relocation. The large open plan lounge area has been stripped of it's original built is seating to create a much more homely living area which includes a large wood burning stove and large windows on both sides making the lounge extremely light. There is also a separate enclosed office area . The galley is traditional in shape and offers plenty of work surface and storage, together with gas oven, fridge and freezer..
