rare opportunity to buy this rural, semi-detached, fully modernised Cottage backing onto fields with far reaching views. In addition is a large detached double garage with room above. Ideal for conversion to air bnb (subject to pp). Four double bedrooms and two bathrooms, open plan kitchen, dining room and conservatory and a separate sitting room. Parking for multiple vehicles.
The present owners have carried out a great deal of modernisation and improvements and the accommodation is laid out as follows: The original front door is effectively at the back of the house now, where orignally they would have entered via a pathway but now the parking is all to the 'rear' and so the main point of entry is now at the back into a good sized hallway with a cloakroom/utility room off. This has plumbing and space for a washing machine and tumble dryer below work surfaces, w.c and wash basin. The kitchen and dining room have been opened up to provide excellent family living space which then extends into a large, Victorian style conservatory. The kitchen is extremely well fitted with a central island and breakfast bar, induction hob, 2 electric Miele ovens, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Additional large, floor to ceiling, storage cupboards and bi-fold doors to the garden. Lovely oak flooring with under floor heating. The sitting room is separate and has a double aspect with casement doors to the garden. An attractive brick fireplace houses a wood burning stove.
On the first floor: A good sized landing leads to the main bedroom which is large enough for a super king size bed, has a vaulted ceiling, views over the countryside and an en suite shower room. There are three further double bedrooms, two of which have built-in wardrobes and the third currently used as a study. The modern family bathroom has a bath with rain shower over, wash basin, over which is a mirror concealing storage and w.c.

Outside: On the original front side of the house is a small, lawn with hedges and a side gate to the rear. The rear garden is mainly laid to level lawn with a patio abutting the rear of the house and a second decked area, positioned to enjoy the views. The detached double garage stands slightly away from the property and has power and light and a staircase to a very large attic room. Should someone wish to convert this to an air bnb, it may be possible as the neighbouring property has done so, but subject to planning permission. The cottage owns the driveway to the garage and the neighbouring property which culminates into a large turning area with parking for several vehicles.

Services: Mains water, private drainage recently installed new Klargester. Gas Central Heating.
