Sellers Comments
We bought this property back in 2017 because our hearts were set on the area. The property in particular was a huge draw to us because the living spaces are a lot larger than alot of the properties that we viewed at the time. The property is perfect for a couple that is wishing to start a family together or already has one. Likewise it's perfect for anyone without kids too.
The property is set on a quiet close with lots of greenery and garden space which was a big attraction for us. The rear garden is south facing and this was something that we were particularly looking for at the time. It has all day sun and the seating areas that we created capture this perfectly. Another benefit of this property is that it's elevated for ultimate privacy.
The neighbourhood itself is lovely. Neighbours are all very friendly and there is a real community feel about the place. There are a number of neighbours here that have owned their properties since they were built in the 1960's and haven't left which goes to show how lovely the area is. We found at the time that people rarely move from this area so we were lucky to get into it!
We think the property has alot on offer in that some of the costly foundational work has been done. The windows, flooring, external and internal doors, bathroom and boiler are all new within the time we've lived here so someone can just move in and make any cosmetic changes they wish - it's ready to be lived in and won't require any work.
