This apartment has been an excellent buy to let for us, it is so close to local amenities but very quiet and peaceful. The block is managed by the owners rather than a private management company.

John Place is tucked away and is really peaceful but is so close to almost all of Warfield's amenities, the cut through to the big Tesco is less than 100 meters away.

Millgate apartments are always sought after and John Place will be no different, the block is beautiful from the drive in and being such a small block is always appealing.
Internally the bedrooms are both good sizes, the storage in the hallway is a great addition and the living room opening into the kitchen just works so well. This would be a great first time buy for somebody.
