Another large window is found to the side aspect, creating a bright double aspect, allowing for tonnes of natural light. Space is provided for a sofa, dining table and chairs along with a fitted kitchen providing a range of built in appliances which include a fridge/freezer, electric oven with induction hob and extractor canopy over.

Upstairs a small landing area provides access into the double bedroom which also benefits from useful built in storage as well as a stylish en-suite. This comprises a WC, wash hand basin and an enclosed shower cubicle.
