Monitoring of the cracks is expected to continue for 4 months after mitigation has been completed, or until stability of the property is evidenced. We are advised in literature supplied that superstructure repair work may begin three months commencing in February 2025, subject to timeframes leading up to the repair stage being completed.

We have also been advised by our client (09.05.2024) that it is highly likely the new buyer(s) will benefit from the transfer of the insurance subsidence claim. This is however subject to final and formal confirmation from the insurer, but is agreed in theory.
