This Holiday Park is located on a hill that slopes towards the Northumbrian coast, affording good views of the surrounding countryside.
With substantial woodland around the park, it is great for walking straight from the caravan into pleasant woodland paths. There is deciduous woodland full of old beech and oak, and also forestry-planted areas. There are bridle paths in the woodlands.
The park is surrounded by farmland and is only two miles from the A1. The nearest main town is the historic market town of Alnwick, about seven miles north on the A1. Morpeth is 16 miles south, and Newcastle about 25 miles south, all on the A1.
Two small villages with local services are within a few miles - Swarland, Felton, Longframlington.

Unlimited use by owners, friends and family staying at the caravan of an 18 hole golf course that is within the grounds.
