A 10 minute walk away from our house and lovely woodland walks, Kipling torrs and North Devon coastal path within a short distance. There are two local primary schools that are within a couple of miles radius, both with excellent reputations and Bideford College just a few minutes drive away. We will be sad to leave our beautiful home but now is the time for us to go on a new adventure."
