Firstly, the location! Being in the town centre is such a luxury and has been so convenient for enjoying the local bars, green space and with staying consistent in the gym. It?s such a short walk to the train station too, which has been perfect for my part-time commute and regular weekend trips to London. Despite being so central, this flat is also particularly quiet (zero traffic noise at night) which is something that I really valued considering I was originally moving out from a London house share.
In terms of the flat itself, it has been completed to a high spec which was conveniently aligned to my taste, which has been a real pleasure. I?ve done my best to keep it immaculate. The living space is bright and I?ve always enjoyed the view that it offers, overlooking the beautiful Amelia Scott building, which also gives privacy in the evening given that it?s a public building. The kitchen and separate utility are well proportioned, which I found was particularly rare in my search for a one-bed property.
