Having lived here from new we chose this plot due to it being on the edge of the estate and having the feeling of openness due to the far reaching views across the fields to the front of the house. The house itself we have made sure has the best of everything and we particularly like sitting in the kitchen at the breakfast bar which makes it much more of a social hub. We had the gardens landscaped and it is now a great place for relaxing after a hard days work or entertaining friends and family; with the addition of the covered seating area we can now use the garden all year round.
