There are plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. One of my favourite things about living here is being a 5-minute walk away from Markfield Park and the River Lea/Canal. Additionally, Walthamstow Wetlands and Marshes are within walking distance, as well as the canal pubs of Clapton. It is also very close to Stoke Newington, Clapton, and Dalston, all of which have great pubs and nightlife. I would also like to mention that for the past 2 years, all our neighbours have been really nice and helpful. We have never had any issues with noise or received any complaints when we had parties. Although the flat is located on a main road, from my perspective, it was worth the investment due to its size, layout, and location.
