The Coopers Arms is a well appointed traditional public house located in the residential suburb of Plasmarl, within the City of Swansea. The pub underwent renovation approximately five years ago and is still presented in very good order, and appears to be constructed mainly of stone and brick with rendered and colourwashed elevations under a pitched slate roof.

The business trades as a traditional pub, but also takes advantage of its location, approximately half a mile from the Liberty Stadium, and it is extremely busy on match days when either Swansea City Football Club or the Ospreys Rugby Club are playing a home fixture.

Swansea is Wales’ second City, forming part of the area officially known as the City and County of Swansea, supporting a population of some 300,000. It is the commercial and retail centre for West Wales and home of Swansea University and a number of other major employers including the Admiral Group, HSBC, Virgin, Swansea Bay University Health Board, BT and Amazon. It is also home to the Liberty Stadium, which is within half a mile of the subject property. Swansea has good communication links, standing aside the M4, and has a main line rail link to London.
