• The business was set up by Kevin Parish and Hilary Whittley in 1994 to provide an experienced, personal service and to offer an alternative to the corporate way of selling houses. The business still sucessfully continues to trade on these values today.

• In 2001 the company opened a Residential Lettings department, which is now a thriving part of the business providing a high level of service to landlords and tenants alike. 2007 saw the opening of the Long Stratton office, which enables Whittley Parish to cover a wider area and to further expand the business.

• With our many years of experience, together with our ability to expose your property to a bigger and wider market, we are more likely to gain you a better price. We have in depth local property knowledge in our area gained over many years, which has increased our client base and enabled us to offer an experienced and personal service.
