The rental side of the business is a key element of Whitlocks who prides itself on personal attention and fairness. We have no hidden charges and no fees for contract renewal. As a result many of our tenants and landlords come back to us again and again. Headed up by Director, Fleur Carpenter, who has many years’ experience in the property industry. All our viewings are escorted by a member of the team, usually with the seller absent so that you can take your time, concentrate on the house and talk freely.
