Watson Lettings is a residential lettings and management service offered by Watson. We are one of Yorkshire's oldest firms of property agents, dating back to the early 1800s. During the 1980s you may remember us as Hepper Watson, and the company has been in its current form since the late 80s. For many years we were based in Bank Street, Wetherby, however in August 2013 we relocated to much larger offices located just off the ring road on the north side of Leeds. We specialise in all aspects of property management, particularly apartment block management, which we carry out for a large number of clients throughout the country. We also provide a lettings and management service and have great depth of experience in managing residential property. We believe that our service is second to none when it comes to actually providing comprehensive maintenance solutions to our clients. We are experienced in all aspects of repair and maintenance and our service is backed by fully qualified Chartered Surveyors.
