Our Story......Millbrooke are a professional, dynamic award winning letting agents with a difference. Born out of the need for excellent, reliable and personal service customised to your needs which was identified as a gap in the market back in 2008 during the height of the recession. Whilst Estate Agents were shutting down ten to the dozen, our directors Claire & Daryl set out on a journey to cater to the need for an independent, reliable letting agent you could actually trust. Since the start of our journey, we have always thrived on innovation working closely with our creative property team and listening carefully to our customers in order to grow our business organically. We prefer our customers to be part of our family and are always keen to mould our service around their needs. We are proud to offer our customers the rare opportunity to deal with dedicated letting specialists solely as oppose to estate agencies, who handle ‘lettings’ as a secondary role and charge a higher cost of service to cover sales overheads.
