With a background in customer service, working as an advisor for over 10 years, then moving to contracting for building repairs and maintenance for 5 further years. Ben Stribley founded Go-Ahead Lettings, combining his knowledge of property, with outstanding customer service and attention to detail. With customer service being a strong priority, we pride ourselves on being able to deliver an unbeatable level of service, at rates cheaper than you get on the high street.

We personally manage most of our rental properties. As a result, we can respond immediately to any queries you may have.

While other agents charge you seperately for an inventory/schedule of condition on top of the 'set-up' fees, we keep it simple and include it in our management fee. We also offer discounts for portfolios.
