Hi, there we’re are Cox and Co, estate agents and valuers specialising in property sales in the Hove, Portslade, Brighton and adjoining areas. As a company, we’re relatively new on the scene, having opened in February 2020. Despite a couple of ‘Covid lock downs’, we have already established ourselves as the go-to estate agent covering our patch. Our directors – Marc Cox and father Tony have between them 75 years experience in the property market and have helped many hundreds of people to buy and sell their homes. We may be small, but our experience and expert knowledge of the local property market allows us to punch well above our weight – and when you deal with us, you will be working with Marc, Tony or Russell, our equally experienced Senior Negotiator.
