We are a property management company specialising in residential and commercial property. We aim to provide a fresh approach to property management. Our ethos is to provide an exceptional level of customer service with fair, fixed and transparent fees in line with the RICS Professional Standards.
Buxton Property was formed in Sept 2019. The company was formed by 2 directors Gary Simmons and Philip Gifford. Philip has worked in property management for 20 years. Gary Simmons runs a successful property maintenance company, called Clearview. Over the last 30 years Gary has grown it into a team of 25 maintenance and trade workers, to cover all aspects of property maintenance. Both Philip and Gary saw an opportunity to create a company, which utilises both companies’ skill sets to provide and excellent property management service at competitive prices.
