The 17 winning locations for house price growth

If you live in St Albans in Hertfordshire, you're top of the charts in post-pandemic price growth.

You've had the highest value gains from February 2020 to April 2022, with a daily growth of more than £100 per day.

Next up, we’ve got homeowners in Waverley in Surrey and South Hams in Devon. You lot have earned an impressive £98 per day on your home.

There’s a lot more of you sitting comfortably near the top of the scoreboard too.

Elmbridge, Mole Valley, the Cotswolds, Lewes and Worthing make up the top eight, all taking home an extra £88 or more each day.

And Bromley is the capital’s gold medal holder, pocketing an average of £85 every day since the start of the pandemic.
