Our talented Interior Designer’s transformed this large living room from dull to dazzling, creating a stunning neutral space that ticked all of the client’s boxes.
First off, we need to speak about the colour scheme! The calming warm neutral shades make up the perfect minimalist palette while dots of natural colours like sage green and earthy pink create a little interest.
The homeowners wanted to create the real wow factor without having to splurge on all brand new furniture.

With two existing sofas in tow, our savvy designers skillfully incorporated them into the new design, seamlessly blending them with the rest of the décor.
Some clever styling was all it took to completely transform these sofas into show-stopping pieces that perfectly complemented the room's aesthetic.
Layouts in large living rooms can be just as difficult as layouts in small living rooms. With all that space, our client’s often struggle to create a cosy atmosphere.
Keeping the seating in the centre of the room, while spreading them a little further apart to make space for foot traffic around the coffee table, means that the family can gather without shouting across the room to each other!
The unique and detailed vintage rug helped to zone off the seating, giving it a sense of place in the room.
With all that furniture being placed in the centre of the space, the client feared that the rest of the lounge may feel a little empty.
And so our designers swooped in with a genius solution. They adorned the space with a fabulous cane work sideboard and lush houseplants to banish any hint of emptiness. Adding artwork and mirrors to the walls was the cherry on top!
The natural, boho charm of the sideboard perfectly complements the room's earthy colour palette, while the vibrant mix of houseplants breathes life into the space.
The minimalist, abstract pieces effortlessly blend into the neutral vibe, while the oversized mirror works its magic, bouncing that glorious natural light around the room.
Everything in this lounge was so meticulously thought out, from all of the natural materials in the marble coffee table to the wooden side tables and cane sideboard as well as the colour palette which beautifully emulates mother nature herself.
