It’s official: bungalows are cool!

Bungalows are making a comeback. No longer the reserve of the retired, some seriously cool single story abodes are available on the market right now.

Our latest Value of Housing report reveals bungalows are fast becoming a bargain buy, with 70% showing a price reduction in the last six months.

Bungalows account for 8% of all UK homes and coastal areas such as Brighton, Norfolk and Southend-on-Sea are seeing the biggest hits to prices.
